Grid Archives 0.9.0 mainly focus on tweaking the archived posts display style, the changelog should pretty much covers all the changes need to be mentioned here.

- added an option to highlight the post if being mouse hovered over. (IE currently not supported)
- added an option to rotate the monthly summary if being mouse hovered over. (IE currently not supported)
- made the “year.month” text clickable to show all the posts in that particular month.

Hi, I really enjoy the design of your plugin, unfortunately though it really slows down my blog. The problem is the grid-archives-effect-css.php?ver=0.9.0 file: it takes more that 1 sec to load and can’t be cached. Any solutions?

Hi Ralf, one quick solution currently is to not enable these 2 options (“Highlight Post Being Hovered” and “Rotate Monthly Summary Being Hovered”) in grid-archives settings.

Yeah, you can set this by customizing “Post Date Format” in the grid archives plugin settings. You can put “M Y” (for April 2011) or “m.Y” (for 04.2011) in the custom text field.
Hi Samson, I know about the customizing of the “Post Date Format”, but I’m trying to change the big date for each month, that is on the left of the “Summarize Your Month”
